October 2023 Award

Dr Ramesh Bulusu awarded the BAPIO “Professional Excellence in Service Design and Innovation Award 2023”

Earlier this month Dr Ramesh Bulusu’s work was recognised by The British Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (BAPIO) when he was presented with the “Professional Excellence in Service Design and Innovation Award”

The presentation was made during the BAPIO annual conference which was held at the Old Trafford cricket ground.

Congratulations Dr Bulusu, we are delighted that your work to improve treatments for PAWS-GIST and GIST patients has been recognised by BAPIO.

November 2019 Award

PAWS-GIST awarded the National Cancer Research Institute's Collaboration Excellence Award 2019!

This award recognises our unique European multidisciplinary team of patients, doctors, specialists and researchers who are collaborating to improve treatments and working to find a cure for PAWS-GIST cancer.

January 2019 Award

Sarcoma Patients EuroNet (SPAEN)  “Advocacy in Action” Award

Our PAWS-GIST clinic was recognised by Sarcoma Patients EuroNet (SPAEN) with an “Advocacy in Action” award. The awards recognise projects that take action to improve situations, and fulfil unmet medical need. Thank you to Sarcoma Patients EuroNet (SPAEN) for recognising our work, and thank you to Dr Bulusu, our team of specialists, Addenbrookes hospital and all of our fundraisers who have enabled this clinic to happen.
